SS-A/Ro52 is part of ENA Profile with other 16 tests dsDNA  Nucleosome  Histones  SmD1  PCNA  P0  SS-A/Ro60  SS-A/Ro52  SS-B/La  CENP-B  Scl70  U1-snRNP  AMAM2  Jo-1  PM-Scl  Mi-2  ku

While initially this was described to be an SSA type protein with 52 KD weight, the recent literature has convincingly demonstrated that it is not strongly associated exclusively with Sjogren’s. On the other hand, it appears to be more associated with Congenital Heart Block in Neonatal Lupus and with cutaneous lupusmanifestations.
