SS-B/La: antibodies to SSB/La are found almost exclusively in woman in cases of Sjogren's syndrome (50%-70% of cases). In Sjogren's syndrome, combined SS-A and SS-B antibodies mainly occur. SSB/La is used for primary Sjogrens Syndrome diagnosis and can also occur in SLE patients with secondary Sjogrens syndrome
